Return & Refund Policy

Return Shipping

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products

Non-Delivery / Lost Packages

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by local authorities are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
