FEMBALANCE Explained: Chamomile, Galangal, Ashwagandha and Magnesium

Video guide3:14

What does each of the eleven declared FEMBALANCE ingredients add, and where do the supported benefits stop?

This Formula Explained episode reads the primary FEMBALANCE label layer by layer: a botanical foundation of chamomile (300 mg), galangal and ashwagandha (250 mg each), yarrow and curcumin (150 mg each); a bridging layer of L-theanine, acacia fiber and black pepper; and a micronutrient layer of magnesium (350 mg), zinc and vitamin B6. It explains why each layer is present, which functions belong to the individual nutrients, and why the synergy is complementary design rather than proven amplification. The full serving is up to three capsules per day, preferably with a meal.
