Evidence and label context
The current official Product Facts label lists 16 active ingredients per 2 capsules. L-carnitine, NAC, and glutathione are listed at 300 mg each. Milk thistle and turmeric extracts, B vitamins, and selected minerals form additional label layers. The cited studies explain the endogenous carnitine shuttle; they do not test PureDetox, this 300 mg serving, or a human wellness outcome.
